Norway – Translation services – Language services - clear language, text preparation and automatic translation.

Summary

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for language services for NVE with a tenderer. The contract shall cover the need for clear language assistance (including courses/training), writing workshops, text processing/proofreading/language vetting, script work and translations (i.a. to Nynorsk, Northern Sami and English). The tenderer can also offer digital tools that support the delivery, including automated translation/proofreading and assistance with language data and the development of AI-services.The buyer estimates that the total billable amount will not exceed NOK 6 million during the two (2) year contract period, but this does not involve any obligation to a minimum amount. The contract will be valid for two (2) years from when it is signed. The contracting authority has the right to extend the contract subject to the same conditions twice by one (1) + one (1) year.
