Summary

Route pacts in the Bergen area shall be considered as candidates, but the assignment shall be based on realistic timeframes for political decisions and implementation, so that the adjoining candidates have practical feacision within relevant contract operations. The information can apply to other route pacts if this gives consideration to the decision value in accordance with the time/extent/risk.
