Summary
This Competition forms one of three (3) proposed programmes (outlined below) under Enterprise Ireland’s new National Accelerator Programme, a flagship initiative under Startup Ireland as part of Enterprise Ireland’s "Delivering for Ireland, Leading Globally (2025-2029)" strategy. Enterprise Ireland will use the Panel as and when requirements within their scope arise. However, there is no obligation upon Enterprise Ireland to use the Panel in every instance. Should the circumstances arise, the Panel as a whole may be terminated in accordance with the Panel terms and conditions. The Panel may also be employed for the award of accelerator related programmes connected with new sectoral / specialist needs in response to industry developments, trends and new technologies. To this end Enterprise Ireland will exercise its sole discretion in determining whether new accelerator programmes come within the sector or specialist area initially indicated by Applicants. Panel Members may be requested to deliver accelerator programmes falling within the scope of the panel either fully, partially, or variations of same including delivery of accelerator programmes which are closely related. Enterprise Ireland currently has a requirement for an AI Specialist Accelerator Programme and therefore intends to award an Initial Call-Off Contract immediately following the establishment of the Panel. Applicants should note that the closing date for the call for initial work is Monday 7th of September 2026 @ 12 Noon Irish Time. Applicants, who are in the AI specialist area, are requested to submit, with their Application for admission on to the Panel, a separate tender response (“Response”) to the Supplementary Invitation to Tender published with this Panel Application. The Response to the Supplementary Invitation to Tender should be submitted via the eTenders post-box facility on www.etenders.gov.ie only, as a separate document. Responses to the Supplementary Invitation to Tender must use the response document issued with the Supplementary Invitation to Tender. For the avoidance of any doubt Applicants (in the AI specialist area) are not required to submit a response to the Supplementary Invitation to Tender. The full scope of requirements under this Panel can be found in the Panel documents.
