Summary
Education Shared Business Services currently manage the payroll for 16 ETBs. The SaaS services model required by the Contracting Authority covers the supply, hosting, installation, migration, configuration, customisation, testing, commissioning, documentation, training and maintenance support services of the modules set out in the requirements in Annex 1, based on a common design for the ETBs. Together with any development for future growth as may be deemed necessary due to expansion.
