Ireland – Internet services – Installation, Supply, Maintenance and Support of Wi-Fi Services onboard Bus Éireann Vehicles and in Bus Éireann premises nationwide

Summary

Bus Éireann/Irish Bus intends to award a contract for the provision of a fully managed Wi-Fi solution. The scope of this contract will include the installation, supply of hardware, ongoing hardware and software maintenance, and end-user support services for onboard Wi-Fi across Bus Éireann vehicles, as well as connectivity solutions within Bus Éireann facilities. The contract will be established for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each, subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements. All proposed equipment must have a proven track record of successful deployment within bus environments across the European Union. The Contracting Authority invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers with demonstrable expertise in delivering managed Wi-Fi solutions to participate in this tender process. The contract will encompass approximately 700 buses and coaches across the Bus Éireann fleet, in addition to associated facilities nationwide
